As a licensed therapist trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) I worked primarily with women who had a diagnosis of Complex PTSD (post traumatic stress syndrome). CPTSD refers to horrific events that take place over the course of months or even years. People would come to therapy and bravely revisit trauma memories until resolved, course of treatment that often took several years. I saw people who had already tried other forms of therapy with mixed results. Telling the tale over and over and returning to the memory over and over gave me mad respect for their determination and I looked for another, potentially faster, way to help. One day a client asked me if I had ever heard of "High D Healing", I had not. Hearing those words caught in my gut and when the session was over I used a search engine to find "High D Healing" and landed on a video for Ahai 7D™ Healing, this was August of 2021. Now a certified Level 2 practitioner I am a conduit for this amazing energy and so grateful to be chosen for this calling. I am so excited to continue helping women heal so that they can live fuller lives.
